What choices affect my pricing?

The pricing of our products/services is primarily determined by the quantity ordered. As the quantity increases, the per-unit cost typically decreases, offering you better value for larger orders. We strive to provide competitive pricing that rewards your investment in larger quantities. Additionally, factors such as customization, additional features, or special requests may also influence pricing. What is the turnaround time on my order?

Our standard turnaround for most buttons orders is around 10 business days and Rush turnaround is 7 business days. These turnarounds do not include transit time (1 - 7 business days depending on your location). Special custom or bulk orders may require a few extra days to get setup and produced. Please note that during extremely busy times of year some orders may take longer to complete. If your delivery date is time sensitive, we highly recommend choosing Rush production and expedited shipping for your buttons orders.

How do I know if my art is printable?

We understand the importance of ensuring that your art is printable and of the highest quality. To confirm that your art is printable, we recommend following these guidelines: File Format: Ensure that your artwork is saved in a high-resolution format such as JPEG, PNG, or TIFF. These formats are suitable for printing and maintain the clarity and detail of your artwork. Resolution: Your artwork should have a resolution of at least 300 dots per inch (DPI) at the intended print size. This ensures sharpness and clarity when printed. Color Mode: For full-color printing, your artwork should be in CMYK color mode. If your artwork contains specific brand colors or Pantone colors, please provide us with the corresponding color codes to ensure accurate color reproduction. Bleed and Margins: If your artwork extends to the edge of the print, please include a bleed area to prevent any white borders after trimming. Additionally, leave a margin of safety to ensure that important elements of your artwork are not cut off during printing. Proofing: Before finalizing your order, we offer the option to review a digital proof of your artwork. This allows you to confirm that your artwork appears as intended before it goes to print. Will I see a proof for my order?
